Course Description

November is the season of pies! Come learn the humble art of holiday pie-making from a local pastry chef. In this course, we will learn the art of making pies, specifically, American holiday pies. First, we will focus on how to create the perfect pie crust. The crust is key to a successful pie! Then we will craft a variety of pie fillings: pumpkin, fruit, and cream . . . all from scratch.

Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat and apron to class.
