Course Description

Delicate, colorful, and delicious - French macarons are the ultimate patisserie treat, and now you can learn to make them from scratch! In this hands-on class, you'll discover the secrets to creating these tasty little bites made from almond flour, sugar and eggs, paired with a variety of luscious fillings like ganache, buttercream and jam.

Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat and apron to class.
