Course Description



Resistance training is the "Fountain of Youth". By keeping our muscles active, we protect the bones, joints, ligaments, and tendons and sculpt definition. Use of hand weights, loops, slides, Tubing, stability ball, pilates ball, and core ball will be used. Sneakers, a towel, and a water bottle are required.
