Course Description

Have you ever baked a scone and thought it was too dry? Not enough flavor? In this workshop, we will go over the entire process of making the perfect scone with a variety of toppings, and top quality ingredients. After learning some special techniques, you will be able to produce moist and tender scones to impress your friends and family. These specific baking techniques also apply to making pie crusts, biscuits, and pastries.

Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat and apron to class.
