Course Description

This workshop will give you a taste of the actor's process with exercises in scene work from great plays, monologues and improvisation while using your unique voice and body movement. This builds confidence that can be carried into everything you do. All can benefit whether new to this work or experienced.

Instructor: Katherine Bacon, Associate Professor. New York City trained actor/director. Led the vibrant SUNY Broome theater program for 20 years until 2021. Directed 45 productions. Presenter at the Oxford Round Table, Oxford University, UK. Currently Adjunct Associate Professor of Theater.
